Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled LPN with experience in Medsurg to work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to manage a wide range of tasks while ensuring utmost attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting patients’ medical history
• Assisting physicians in providing patient care and treatment
• Ensuring that the patient’s environment is safe and clean
• Communicating patients’ health status to other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medsurg setting
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
• Flexible availability to work different shifts as needed
